Lucy Waverman, Food Columnist for the Globe and Mail, Food Editor of Food and Drink magazine, and author of many cookbooks, grew up in Scotland immersed in Jewish food as her grandmother owned Geneen’s, the only Kosher hotel and restaurant north of London. Lucy will discuss topics ranging from her food background to what the food scene is today. Trends, restaurants, entertaining, the death and rebirth of Jewish food will all be on the table.
