THE BOOK OF NUMBERS
Wednesday mornings with Rabbi Markose, April 24th - May 29th (except May 15th), from 9:30am - 11:00am. Rabbi Markose will discuss "Metaphors in the Book of Numbers", the topic of his doctoral thesis. Men and women at all levels of Jewish education are invited to participate. No previous knowledge of Hebrew is required.
The Beth Tikvah CREATIVE WRITERS'/MEMOIRS GROUP will meet with Ruth Frankel-Graner on May 9th and May 30th. Note there is no session on May 23rd. We meet from 2:00pm - 3:15pm in Beth Tikvah Synagogue. New writers or drop-ins are most welcome.
CHICKS WITH STICKS is starting anew. Our next meeting will be at Beth Tikvah Synagogue in the Staff Room on May 23rd at 7:30pm.
Remember, we knit blankets for the Linus Project, which provides them to children from 0-18 years who are ill or have suffered a trauma. We also make knitted hats for Israeli soldiers or you can knit or crochet for other worthy projects.
We have fun and help each other with our knitting projects. Please join us.

Beth Tikvah's Newest Musical Initiative offered for teenagers. We are devoted to modern Israeli, Pop, Rock and Mizrachi Music. Those who join us will sing and dance to classic and contemporary tunes by artists such as:
Shlomo Artzi, David Broza, Arik Einstein, Ethnix, Yehoram Gaon, Eyal Golan, Sarit Hadad, Achinoam Nini and others.
